Head of Finance – Europe

I’m partnering with an exciting hospitality business to recruit a Head of Finance – Europe. This is a hands‑on leadership role supporting hotel operations across Europe, with responsibility for driving financial performance, delivering commercial insight, and partnering with senior operational leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis across the European hotel portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers and operational leaders to improve profitability and drive strategic decision‑making.
• Deliver insightful KPI reporting, variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee robust financial controls, governance and compliance across the region.
• Support commercial initiatives, business cases, supplier negotiations and investment decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team while fostering strong cross‑functional collaboration.

We’re looking for

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• 7+ years’ post‑qualified finance experience
• 5+ years’ hotel/ multi‑site hospitality finance experience (essential)
• Strong FP&A, financial reporting and financial controls experience
• Proven leadership, business partnering and stakeholder management skill
