Lux Spa Supervisor – Lead Guest Wellness

The Ned City of London is seeking a Spa Supervisor to support the Spa Manager and oversee daily operations across the private members’ space, gym, and public spa. You will lead reception hosts and therapists to deliver calm, restorative experiences and ensure guest journeys are personal and seamless.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will manage bookings, optimise schedules, handle guest feedback, and work with rooms, housekeeping and membership teams to maintain exceptional service standards.
