Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private family law matters
• Handle divorce and financial remedy work
• Address private children matters and cohabitation/separation agreements
• Support senior fee earners on complex or technical cases
• Collaborate with colleagues across Cardiff and Swansea
• Travel between Cardiff and Swansea as required
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives in the team

Key requirements

• Experience in private family law
• Strong drafting, communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
