Residential Conveyancing Assistant Up to £26,000 + Benefits | Hybrid Working An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join a leading property services business with an established presence across the UK.
n This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing or remortgage work who is looking to develop their career within a supportive, high-volume environment.
n You’ll work alongside experienced conveyancers, providing key support throughout the conveyancing process while delivering a high standard of service to clients and professional partners.
The Role As a Residential Conveyancing Assistant, you will provide support across a varied caseload, with responsibilities including:

- n
- Supporting conveyancers to achieve conversion, service and performance targets
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and professional referrers
- Managing electronic and paper files and ensuring records are kept accurately
- Chasing clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties for information and documentation
- Chasing and reconciling monies from lenders, clients and other solicitors
- Assisting with exchange and completion processes
- Inputting and interpreting information including redemption figures
- Preparing, sending and checking legal and conveyancing documentation
- Interpreting and inputting mortgage offers on purchase transactions
- Dealing with enquiries relating to sale transactions
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative and conveyancing duties

About You We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys working in a client-focused environment.
n You’ll ideally have:

- n
- At least 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing or remortgage
- Previous experience within a conveyancing, administrative or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and meet targets
- Good data input and IT skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also using your own initiative
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- A positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
