Overview

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to maximise value from tax data and analytics
• Lead data analytics and automation initiatives for tax/finance use cases
• Assess data using analytics tools and implement future-proof VAT solutions
• Collaborate on AI journeys to manage risk, drive efficiency, and reduce cash leakage
• Design and review data, controls, processes, and governance around VAT systems
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior professionals to deliver high-quality solutions
• Support and mentor project teams and contribute to client relationships

Key requirements

• Experience delivering data analytics and/or bespoke automation projects
• Experience supporting or leading process automation initiatives (requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, build, review)
• Ability to translate complex business requirements to tech teams
• Proficiency in at least one of these technologies: Python Pandas, Azure Databricks, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerAutomate & PowerBI)
• Strong delivery record with attention to detail
• Consulting background preferred but not required
