Senior Commercial Manager – Facilities & PFI Contracts

Boden Group in North West, UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial aspects of operational FM contracts. You will work closely with teams, manage multiple direct reports, and drive commercial strategy to maximise value while mitigating risk.

The role requires extensive PFI experience and a strong background in FM/construction, with proven NEC/public sector contract negotiation skills. Hybrid working and a car/bonus package are included.
