Remote Recovery Officer – Council Tax & NNDR (London)

Pertemps Bond in London is seeking an experienced Recovery Officer to join its Revenues & Benefits function. You will manage Council Tax and NNDR recovery, liaising with enforcement agencies and debtors to secure payment while upholding fair recovery practices.

The role is predominantly remote with occasional office attendance for induction and training, and some court duties. You will handle complex cases, prepare documentation for court and work with vulnerable customers with sensitivity.
