Regional Clinical Deputy Manager (RN) — Travel Lead for Care Teams

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region, leading and developing care home teams to deliver high-quality care. You will step in for the General Manager when needed, drive standards, audits, and regulatory compliance, and shape strategies to improve resident outcomes.

Applicants must be a registered nurse with current NMC registration, a teaching or supervision qualification, and experience in nursing homes.
