Fitness Retail Department Manager

Gymshark is seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead an in-store team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, drive sales performance and maintain store presentation standards at our London-area location.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and a focus on health & safety, with opportunities to develop talent and influence store-wide initiatives. Salary is £38,500.
