Pensions Administration Manager — Client & Team Lead

Alexander Lloyd is working with a leading UK consultancy to recruit a Pensions Administration Manager in Birmingham. You will own a portfolio of DB, DC and CARE schemes, lead and develop high-performing teams and drive service excellence for clients and scheme members.

You will manage client relationships, oversee service delivery and contribute to commercial objectives while coaching others and implementing process improvements across the administration function.
