Scrum Master

Overview

As Scrum Master within Computacenter’s Project 252, you drive Agile delivery across multiple Salesforce-focused workstreams in a high-profile, multi-year transformation. You’ll partner with Product Owners, Salesforce specialists and delivery teams to unblock delivery, coach teams on Agile practices, and maintain ready-backlogs. You enable predictable delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear visibility to programme leadership. This role offers impact across Campaign to Close and Customer Lifecycle value streams, contributing to a transformed, scalable IT services business.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement)
• Support delivery against sprint commitments and programme objectives
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove delivery blockers
• Assist Product Owners and Business Analysts with prioritised backlogs
• Manage risks, dependencies and impediments across teams
• Track sprint progress, velocity and outcomes
• Provide clear reporting and delivery visibility to leadership
• Coordinate delivery across development, testing, release and operations readiness
• Drive improvements in Agile maturity and team effectiveness

Key requirements

• Certified Scrum Master qualification (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent)
• Proven Scrum Master experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience supporting complex business or technology transformation programmes
• Strong Agile coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within large matrix organisations
• Ability to work with globally distributed teams and stakeholders
