As a Workday Senior Finance Lead at Deloitte, you shape the finance transformation of enterprise clients through advisory and delivery leadership on Workday implementations. You’ll define solution architecture, end-to-end processes, and actionable design outcomes that drive ROI. You collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into effective Workday solutions, while upholding an inclusive culture. Responsibilities

• Lead advisory and delivery projects across transformation strategies and Workday delivery lifecycles
• Develop overall solution architecture and end-to-end process design supported by Workday technology
• Identify client process and integration issues and propose effective solutions
• Collaborate with clients to ensure inclusive culture and strong relationships
• Translate business needs into concrete system, application, or process designs (functional and nonfunctional)

Key requirements

• Experience in ERP, EPM, and cloud computing
• Finance technology experience or related field
• Ability to translate requirements into system/process designs
• Understanding of Workday transactional data flows and data migration support
• Experience designing/implementing ERP systems
• Workday Finance, FDM and Engagement Manager Certified
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to plan and deliver scope and deliverables
• Effective stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Experience with at least four end-to-end Workday implementations
• Awareness of ERP risk in delivery projects
• Ability to work in an inclusive, cross-functional team
