Principal Scrum Master – Agile Delivery Leader

Brit is seeking a Principal Scrum Master to lead the enhancement of Agile delivery across squads and domains within our Technology department. You will combine hands-on Scrum Master work with coaching, mentoring and continuous improvement to strengthen alignment, transparency and value delivery.

You will support multiple squads as needed, facilitating planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives while helping teams own their delivery and accountability.
