Supporter Experience Liaison Officer

Millwall Football Club seeks a proactive Supporter Liaison Officer to act as the independent point of contact for supporters and groups. You will represent the club in the SLO network and manage the supporter complaints procedure end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulations.

You will work closely with Communications, Safety and Matchday teams, attending home games and selected away fixtures to stay connected with fans and feed insights into planning and messaging.
