Conveyancer / 5+ PQE / Coventry / £35-45,000 DOE / are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to move firms? This firm in the heart of the country is looking for a new Residential Conveyancer to join their team. n OVERVIEW:n • This is a client facing role that offers the opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, from instruction to completion while developing strong relationships with a loyal client base.n • The successful candidates' main responsibilities will be:n • Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesn • Remortgages and transfers of equity.n • Lease extensions.n • New builds and shared ownershipn • You will also be expected to conduct client meetings and maintain a high standard of client care throughout the process.n • Liaise with estate agents, lenders, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth progression files.n • Ensure compliance with firm policies, SRA regulations, and CQS protocols.n • Use case management systems efficiently to keep files up to date and well-organised.
n THE CANDIDATE:n • Applications are welcomed from qualified licensed conveyancers, solicitors, or legal executives with relevant conveyancing experience.n • You should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.n • Strong client care skills with a friendly and professional manner.n • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n • Ability to work independently with minimal supervisions while also being a team player.n • Experience using case management systems.n • Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.
