Overview

As a Financial Services Tax – Real Estate Manager, you guide clients through local and international tax dynamics within PwC’s tax practice. You lead teams to deliver strategic tax planning and compliant execution for financial services real estate clients, balancing regulatory demands and capital requirements. You’ll mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and shape tax strategies that align with business goals. Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on local and international tax matters with a focus on strategic consulting for business analysis and profit sharing
  • Manage tax compliance and structuring for financial services clients, addressing operational tax risks and capital requirements
  • Analyze complex tax proposals and develop actionable recommendations for clients
  • Draft and prepare tax documents ensuring regulatory accuracy
  • Monitor financial trends to inform tax planning and decision-making
  • Lead teams in tax compliance projects fostering collaboration and inclusion
  • Coach team members, recognize strengths, and support development
  • Oversee tax-related initiatives with project management to meet client expectations
  • Build and maintain client relationships to deliver tailored tax solutions
  • Explain complex tax concepts clearly to clients to support engagement

Key requirements

  • Bachelor
  • 4+ years of experience
  • At least one of: CPA, Bar membership, or other tax/finance-specific credentials (as specified)
