Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8am5pm (1-hour lunch) Minimum of 4 jobs per day / 20 per week Optional weekend work available once weekly targets are met
Bonus Breakdown
KPI Bonus £150 per month Achieved by hitting 75% completion of your jobs in a calendar month
Attendance Bonus £150 per month Awarded for full attendance and no sick days in a calendar month (pro-rated for holiday taken)
Call Out
Call out 1 week in 4 Standby payments MondaySunday Price per job: £150 per dual, £80 per single, £50 per transactional job Saturday work available (paid at day rate)
Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Smart Meter Engineering
- MOCOPA certification (completed on induction if not already held)
- CMA1 certificate or CCN1 & MET1
- Valid driving licence
- Clean DBS check (recent certificate within 3 months preferred)
- EUSR card (advantageous but not essential)
- Documents required: Driving licence, passport, gas certificates, MOCOPA, qualification/diploma, NI number, references, and DBS
