Senior Town Planning Manager – Residential Development

Vivid Resourcing is partnering with a well-established residential developer in Cambridgeshire to recruit a Town Planning Manager / Senior Town Planning Manager. You will lead planning strategy across a portfolio of sites from land opportunities to consented schemes.

Working with land, development, technical and commercial teams, you will manage applications, appeals, pre-application discussions and negotiations to maximise value and deliverability of the land portfolio.
