Senior Project Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will join a well-established SW London/Surrey main contractor as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Project Surveyor. You will manage the commercial aspects of multiple live projects within a small- to mid-size team, contributing from award through to final account. The position offers clear progression toward Directorship and exposure to D&B/JCT main contracting across education, refurbishment and commercial sectors. You will operate in a collaborative, client-focused environment with diverse, engaging projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial duties from award to final account on multiple live projects (up to 3 simultaneously)
• Work within JCT contracts in a main contracting context
• Support progression toward Directorship through delivery excellence
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to optimise project financials

Key requirements

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in main contracting
• Strong experience with JCT contracts
• Ability to manage multiple live projects and handle end-to-end commercial processes
