Middle Office Product Development Manager, Vice President

Overview

As a Vice President, you will own the Middle Office product roadmap for Citi’s Fund Services, guiding transformation across operating models, platform design, data capabilities, and AI-enabled features. You’ll lead cross-functional programs with technology, operations, and product teams to deliver measurable client and business outcomes. Expect to shape strategies, manage risks, and drive time-to-market improvements through scalable, data-driven solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic product development and transformation across the Funds Middle Office, ensuring alignment with objectives and measurable client impact
• Manage end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs coordinating product, technology, and operations teams to deliver the product roadmap
• Champion Agile practices across Middle Office Agile Release Trains, mentor Product Owners, and contribute to Program Increment planning and reporting
• Translate strategy into actionable development plans, identify risks, and protect delivery momentum
• Bridge business requirements and technical implementation to deploy scalable solutions, including AI frameworks, to accelerate time to market
• Apply knowledge of core Middle Office products (Trade Matching, Settlement, IBOR, Performance, Client Reporting, Post Trade Compliance) to guide decisions and ensure integration
• Build and advance data capabilities (data quality, real-time client data) and foster a data-first culture
• Engage senior stakeholders and clients to gather feedback, communicate progress, and align on future-state vision

Key requirements

• Significant experience in product management or business analysis with direct exposure to Middle Office functions within Funds Services
• Deep knowledge of Trade Matching, Settlement, and IBOR management and oversight
• Hands-on experience with AI and ML automation projects applied to process improvement or product features
• Ability to manage competing priorities across complex, multi-functional programs with tight timelines
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills across Operations, Technology, Controls, Compliance, Legal, and Finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Autonomous work style with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Collaborative team player with experience across functions and seniority levels
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preference for Master’s degree
