Overview

In this role, you own and guide the product strategy for Parametric’s investment capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive launches and market-facing materials. You will synthesize market signals to shape product roadmaps and respond to changing conditions. You’ll lead projects, mentor teammates, and ensure alignment with firm-wide investment objectives. This is an opportunity to influence multi-asset solutions within a global financial services leader.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as product expert for assigned strategies and steer decisions against the roadmap, including bespoke deal aspects
  • Leverage market and product knowledge to inform decisions and share insights across audiences
  • Co-lead the product/ investment strategy roadmap with the Director, Product Management, adapting to market impacts
  • Support prospect interactions and sales efforts; may handle client relationships in part
  • Resolve complex escalations by integrating operational understanding to address questions
  • Lead cross-firm projects that advance products/strategies
  • Coordinate with marketing to keep materials current and aligned with strategy
  • Drive project ownership and mentor junior team members

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in investment management, asset management, wealth management, or related financial services with product management exposure
  • CFA or similar designation is preferred
  • Experience in structuring, development, and launch of mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs
  • Experience with funds domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg; other jurisdictions preferred
  • Knowledge of UCITS and MiFID governance frameworks
  • Strong product management knowledge with strategic leadership aspiration
  • Solid understanding of investment products, portfolio workflows, capital markets, and front-office operations
  • Experience across multiple asset classes with custom/synthetic solutions, equities, and fixed income
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations across internal and external audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent presenter and clear communicator
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
