Housing Resettlement Officer – Landlord Relations (Hybrid)

London Borough of Bexley is seeking a proactive Housing Officer to join the Let2Bex team in a hybrid role. The post focuses on building relationships with landlords in the private sector, marketing the Let2Bex scheme to secure access to properties to nominate our Housing Clients to.

The successful candidate will conduct property inspections, assess suitability and affordability for prospective tenants, and discharge housing duties in line with housing legislation including the Renters Rights Act
