Fleet Operations Supervisor – Transport & Logistics

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Transport Supervisor in Cheltenham to lead daily transport operations and ensure timely, compliant delivery and collection of specialist equipment across the UK. You will drive fleet efficiency, maintain high service levels, and implement improvements within a growing business.

The role reports to the Head of Fleet and requires strong planning, communication, and regulatory knowledge to manage drivers, subcontractors, and fleet records effectively.
