Overview
In this role you will help invent life-changing medical devices from Cambridge, collaborating with physicists, engineers and industry experts. You’ll work across imaging, surgical systems, electro-medical and other complex technologies to bring products to market. You will perform high-impact development work in a cross-functional team, shaping technology and contributing to an award-winning company culture. This is a hands-on, problem-solving position with a clear path to significant technical and commercial impact. You will be part of an ongoing effort to push medical device innovation forward.

Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate medical device concepts across multiple technologies
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to advance product readiness
- Contribute to product development lifecycle from concept to market
- Support demonstration of clinical impact and compliance considerations
- Engage in continuous learning to drive innovation and quality
Key requirements
- Degree in Physics, Engineering, Scientific or related field (product-focused role)
- Industry experience in medical devices or related field
- Commercial experience in a professional setting (2+ years preferred)
- Location in Cambridge, UK or willingness to relocate
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
