Overview

In this role you will manage a caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals within a supportive SEN team, delivering practical, clear advice to families, schools and local authorities. You will work autonomously yet collaboratively to support the department’s growth and contribute to business development. The position offers hybrid working and a clear progression path within a respected practice. You will handle technically complex SEN matters and shape outcomes for vulnerable learners.

• Manage your own caseload of SEND Tribunal appeals
