Overview

In this role you will specialise in education law with a focus on SEN matters, handling high-impact cases for vulnerable clients. You will work within a respected Southeast education team, supporting tribunal appeals, exclusions, admissions and discrimination issues while supervising junior colleagues. The opportunity combines meaningful client work with thought leadership and team growth in a collaborative, wellbeing‑oriented culture. Responsibilities

• advise on education law and SEN matters
• manage tribunal appeals, judicial reviews, exclusions, admissions, and discrimination cases
• represent and support vulnerable clients
• supervise and mentor junior colleagues
• contribute to thought leadership and team growth
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure education access

Key requirements

• strong education law and SEN Tribunal experience
• 2+ PQE
• ability to handle high‑impact cases
