Overview

Paradigm Trust seeks an inspirational SENCo at Piper’s Vale Primary Academy to lead SEND provision, coordinating support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. You will report to the Principal and drive inclusive strategies within the school. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage additional support for pupils with SEN/D
• liaise with staff and parents to implement SEND strategies
• report to the Principal on SEND provision and progress
• ensure safeguarding compliance and welfare of pupils with additional needs
• contribute to school improvement and pupil outcomes through inclusive practices

Key requirements
