Overview

In this role you will manage and plan the design for a D&B mixed-use project in Wimbledon, coordinating with consultants and CDP packages to deliver under a growing main contractor. You will oversee design across sectors and ensure quality and compliance, including BREEAM very good, while supporting the development of the internal design team. This role combines site-based delivery with cross-disciplinary collaboration to shape a high-profile residential and commercial scheme.

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan the project design from concept to construction phase
• Coordinate consultants and CDP packages to ensure aligned delivery
• Liaise with project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality
• Support growth of the design department and best-practice processes
• Site-based role on a mixed-use D&B scheme (church + 18 apartments)
• Ensure scheme meets BREEAM Very Good targets

Key requirements

• Degree Qualified or other relative qualifications
• Experience in a main contracting environment
• Proven track record on mixed-use schemes
• Experience in new build and refurbishment projects
• Experience delivering multi-sector projects up to 10m
• Able to commute to Wimbledon daily
