Project Manager (Main Contractor) | Permanent | NW London

Overview

In this role you will manage a range of construction projects for a medium-sized Main Contractor across London. You will oversee new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs, spanning education, healthcare, housing and listed buildings, with project values up to £7m. You’ll work to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget, supporting ongoing client relationships and repeat business. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines multi-sector delivery with a focus on safe, compliant project execution. You’ll join a company with a long track record of quality delivery and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple sectors
• Manage project delivery up to £7m in value
• Maintain project quality, safety, and compliance on site
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure on-time completion

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Background with a reputable Main Contractor
• Experience across multiple sectors and project types (new build, refurbishment, fit-out)
• Able to commute to North West London and work across London
