You will work across new build and refurbishment schemes for private and public clients, visiting sites around the M25 and coordinating with the commercial team. Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial delivery on multiple projects (new build and refurbishment) up to 5m value
• Manage cost planning, budgeting and cost reporting to protect margins
• Support procurement and subcontract management to ensure value for money
• Carry out site visits and liaise with clients and site teams to monitor progress and variations
• Provide timely commercial information to the team and stakeholders
• Assist in programme planning and cashflow forecasting
• Promote effective planning and communication to support project outcomes
• Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused commercial approach

Key requirements

• Experience with a reputable main contractor
• Experience on new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously
• Excellent commercial skills and awareness
• Able to commute to East London and visit sites along the M25 corridor
