Akkodis is seeking an experienced ERP Change Manager in the UK, with on-site presence in Sheffield three days a week. This high‑visibility role leads the people side of change across a major ERP transformation to ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working.
You will design and own the change strategy, conduct impact assessments, partner with senior leaders, create stakeholder engagement and training plans, and oversee readiness and adoption tracking.
