Overview

You will lead a 4m steel frame industrial project for a growing main contractor in London, from inception to completion. This role sits within a project management team focused on industrial/warehouse schemes and mixed-use developments. You will drive programme, safety, quality and cost, coordinating with site teams and stakeholders. The opportunity combines hands-on site leadership with exposure to large-scale, steel-frame builds in Stratford and surrounding London areas. Responsibilities

• Oversee the 4m steel-frame industrial project from start to finish
• Manage on-site coordination, logistics, and site safety
• Monitor schedule, budget, and quality control and report progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid requirements and site safety practices
• Proactively mitigate risks and resolve site issues to maintain programme
• Collaborate with commercial and design teams to align scope and changes

Key requirements

• Experience as Project Manager with a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record delivering new build industrial/warehouse projects
• Steel frame construction experience
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Strong on-site leadership and stakeholder management
