Operations Leader – Drive Performance & People Growth

Ocado Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager at Dordon CFC. You will lead a major operational area, manage 4–5 Area Managers, and drive productivity, efficiency and service performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will rotate across day and night shifts (12-hour shifts, 4 days per week, 7-day operation) to deliver exceptional results and support leadership development across multiple business units.
