Head of Procurement & Facilities – Hybrid Leader

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a Financial Services business in Bristol to recruit a Head of Procurement & Facilities. The role reports to the COO in a Senior Leadership position and will set the procurement and facilities strategy across procurement, contracts, supplier management, and estates management.

You will lead a team, drive supplier performance, manage budgets and risk, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a hands-on approach in key activities.
