With ongoing training, excellent benefits, and high job security, this role is ideal for engineers seeking a rewardingcareer within a reputable housing services provider. n Key Responsibilities n n Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties n Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades n Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards n Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service to tenants n Maintain accurate job records and documentation n Ensure safe working practices across all tasks n n Required Qualifications & Experience n n Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential) n AM2 qualification (desirable) n Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred) n Full UK driving licence n Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations n n Desirable Qualifications n n City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent n Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses n n What We Offer n n OTE up to £70,000 n Company van + fuel card n 23 days holiday + bank holidays n Private healthcare n Excellent training, development, and career progression opportunities n Supportive team environment n n Additional Requirements n n Must provide your own hand tools and power tools n Professional, reliable, and able to work independently n n n JBRP1_UKTJ
