Recovery Worker: Community Support & Recovery Navigator

Turning Point in Oxfordshire is seeking Recovery Workers to support people with substance use. You will join a friendly multidisciplinary team and develop personal, flexible and realistic support packages tailored to individual needs, helping to turn things around.

The role emphasizes building relationships with service users and with social services, clinical teams and peers, enabling tailored, seamless support and keeping clients engaged on the recovery journey.
