Overview
In this role you will drive the development of our Content Marketing and AI Enablement capabilities, delivering automation and AI-enabled solutions at scale. You will own the workstream roadmap, translating end-user needs into features and success criteria, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Hands-on prototyping with AI tools will validate feasibility before broader engineering work. You’ll connect end users with technology, shaping workflows to improve content quality, velocity, and impact across campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, user stories and success criteria for content capability tools across the production cycle
- Own the delivery roadmap for your workstream with prioritization based on impact and feasibility
- Shape features, UX, and acceptance criteria by working backwards from end-user pain points
- Develop and test AI-enabled products and workflows; prototype with AI coding assistants to validate feasibility
- Run pilots and beta programs; measure adoption and iterate before scaling
- Identify friction points in real workflows and codify learnings into repeatable patterns
- Manage delivery through external vendors and internal teams, ensuring timelines and quality
- Collaborate with Creative Operations, Content Delivery and Creative teams to integrate tools into workflows
- Act as the bridge between end users, capability leads, and vendor teams
- Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks; surface feature requests; maintain documentation including specs and vendor SOWs
Key requirements
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- 4–6 years of product management in marketing, content, or technology environments
- Hands-on experience building with AI tools using AI coding assistants, LLMs, or automation platforms to prototype solutions
- Experience translating strategic requirements into product specs, workflows and delivered solutions
