Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices in Java and Spring
• Design and interact with MongoDB for data storage
• Collaborate with trading, sales, asset management, banking, and finance teams
• Contribute to SDLC processes including testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Build and automate solutions to keep the firm at the cutting edge
• Work with UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers to deliver integrated solutions
• Operate in an agile environment to deliver robust, scalable platforms

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring and MongoDB
• Experience with microservices, Java deployments and DevOps tools (GitLab)
• Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Excellent judgment, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong team player with experience working with global teams
• Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
