Assistant Bar & Restaurant Manager — Lead Service & Bar

Hawksmoor is seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Bar Manager and lead day-to-day front-of-house operations in our Westminster venue. You’ll inspire the team, maintain Hawksmoor’s service standards and act as a hands-on leader during busy shifts.

You’ll collaborate with kitchen and reservations teams, drive staff training, recruitment, and deliver warm, confident hospitality while developing your path toward a Bar Manager role.
