The Opportunity
- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Helping to coordinate engineers and service visits.
- Keeping customers informed and helping to resolve their queries.
- Recording accurate information within the company s internal systems.
- Building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and external partners.
Your work will directly contribute to creating a positive customer experience and helping the wider team deliver a responsive and reliable service.
About You
- A degree or equivalent experience, with an interest in starting a professional career.
- A friendly, confident and professional communication style.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage different tasks.
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn.
- Care and attention when recording information and completing administrative tasks.
- The confidence to ask questions, share ideas and work as part of a supportive team.
