Overview
As National Account Manager for ESPA in the UK, you will lead omni-channel retail growth with key partners, shaping the UK strategy and JBPs. You’ll manage a small team, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive profitable sales through strategic account stewardship. The role sits within THG Beauty, contributing to THG’s mission to be a global digital partner of choice in beauty. You’ll influence product, marketing, and trade initiatives to unlock channel-led expansion. This is a high-visibility role with impact across partnerships and P&L.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the UK sales strategy in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure sustainable growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners to drive profitable sales
- Create and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with cross-functional alignment
- Manage UK stock planning, demand and sales forecasting, and assortments per partner
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing to deliver a consistent omni-channel experience
- Analyse partner performance, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activity
- Tailor commercial initiatives to each partner and lead exclusive bundled product projects with warehouses
- Report monthly partner activity and provide updates in weekly brand meetings against quarterly objectives
- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities outside existing partnerships
- Lead seasonal strategy meetings and secure partner buy-in for launches
- Produce quarterly sales forecasts and maintain forward-looking business planning
- Own P&L performance, RTV tracking, and monthly budget reviews
- Oversee end-to-end new product set-up including copy and keyword optimization for retailers
- Negotiate and renew commercial agreements and onboard new retail partners
- Mentor and develop junior team members

- Proven experience driving both sell-in and sell-through
- Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting commercial targets
