Quantity Surveyor – Fast-Paced Growth with Private Healthcare

Water Engineering Services (WES) is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the North Manchester area. The role covers financial control, contract administration, and timely subcontract management to support project delivery.

You will handle CVR reporting, issue of orders, early warnings, payment applications, and final accounts while ensuring compliance with NEC3/4 contracts and company procedures. A relevant qualification and driving licence are preferred.
