People-Focused Council Tax Officer (Hybrid & Training)

PSPS is hiring a Council Tax Officer to join the Revenues team and help residents with tax enquiries via phone, email, online and in person. Full training will be provided, and you will develop knowledge of Council Tax legislation and local procedures.

You will be expected to listen carefully, understand individual circumstances and offer accurate information while maintaining confidentiality. A strong team player with a customer-focused approach is essential.
