Overview

In this role you will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload within a respected regional law firm. You will work as part of a supportive property team that focuses on quality, wellbeing, and progression. The role covers freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build/shared ownership transactions from instruction to completion. You will use your strong technical knowledge and client-care skills to deliver commercially-minded, clear guidance to clients. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
• Work on new build and shared ownership transactions
• Provide high-quality client care and clear, commercially minded advice

Key requirements

• Solicitor, Legal Executive (FCILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong technical knowledge and client care skills
