Council Tax & Revenue Recovery Specialist

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an Income & Recovery Officer to support the Revenues service in administering, collecting and recovering Council Tax, Business Rates and related debts. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and follow procedures.

You will handle queries by phone, email and in person, negotiate affordable repayment plans, and liaise with internal teams and external bodies to progress recovery while protecting data privacy.
