Logistics Coordinator

Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator at Burberry, you will ensure accurate, timely inbound transportation data across a global network, collaborating with carriers, IT, and cross-functional teams. You’ll support forecasting improvements and data governance to enable excellent customer fulfilment and smarter logistics processes. This role combines data integrity, system collaboration, and process enhancements to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Maintain shipment data accuracy in SAP and ensure reliable global tracking
• Serve as a liaison for transportation systems with carriers, customs, IT, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and drive improvements
• Monitor carrier data updates and SLAs to strengthen visibility and performance
• Deliver inbound and carrier forecasts, analyze variances, and partner to improve forecast accuracy
• Develop and enhance logistics dashboards and reporting for operational and strategic decision-making
• Support transportation projects, process improvements, data governance, and automation initiatives to boost efficiency and customer service

Key requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or related supply chain environment
• Solid understanding of shipping processes, import/export activities, and transport documentation
• Strong data handling and reporting skills; advanced Excel; SAP experience is advantageous
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities with high attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration across multiple teams and external partners
• Curious, proactive, adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
