Overview

In this role you will own ICQA within our fulfilment centers, ensuring safe, compliant operations while safeguarding inventory integrity. You will lead quality initiatives, analyze defect data, and drive root-cause actions to reduce incidents as we scale to support rapid growth. You’ll partner with operations leaders to improve processes and performance, all in a fast-paced environment focused on customer obsession. This is a hands-on leadership role with impact across multiple shifts and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support safety programs and ensure a safe work environment for associates
  • Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts in line with network count strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, providing proactive feedback to operations management
  • Review customer complaints and defect data; develop action plans to reduce future incidents
  • Plan for and identify root causes of inventory deviation via cause-and-effect analysis
  • Lead network-wide fulfillment & operations-focused quality initiatives
  • Strategic planning and forecasting, plus directing work
  • Lead and supervise a team of area managers and hourly associates in ICQA operations
  • Manage Area Managers in ICQA and drive team performance
  • Drive process improvements to keep pace with rapid growth and reduce turnover
  • Gain expertise in fulfillment center processes and ensure discipline across shifts
  • Ensure KPIs are reviewed regularly and perform quality analyses impacting inventory integrity
  • Collaborate with department managers on key projects, initiatives, and system enhancements
  • Work with Loss Prevention to establish and adhere to policies and procedures
  • Liaise with Operations leadership to communicate process discipline policies
  • Support in interviewing and hiring new Managers

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in auditing, risk management, compliance, program management, or quality management systems
  • Previous supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing with QA processes
  • Strong commitment to employee development and team motivation
  • Ability to influence peers and stakeholders across levels
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and familiarity with SOX and inventory control systems
