The British Red Cross in Lewisham is seeking a Shop Manager to lead our charity shop, motivate a team and deliver excellent service to customers and supporters. You will drive sales, manage cash handling, and ensure a great in-store experience while living our values.

You’ll oversee daily operations, plan shop layouts, train staff and volunteers, and work to financial targets with energy and compassion, while representing the charity in the local community.
