RAC is hiring a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic to support members across the Southampton cluster, including Southampton, Eastleigh, Totton, Romsey, and surrounding towns. You’ll work a varied schedule, averaging 40 hours per week, with rosters released in advance and core hours confirmed beforehand.

The role offers a competitive package with a base salary of £50,669 and earning potential up to £57,000, plus day-one equipment, a full toolkit, and full uniform.
