Overview

As a Manager in EY’s Cybersecurity practice, you guide security architecture work at global scale, shaping outcomes for clients and leading cross-functional teams. You’ll build trusted client relationships, deliver architecture artefacts, and drive security transformations aligned with regulatory requirements. You’ll mentor junior staff, support business development, and contribute to recruiting. This role combines hands-on design with strategic risk oversight, in a culture focused on collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and shape security outcomes aligned to regulatory obligations
• Deliver security architecture work packages and produce HLD/LLD artefacts, data flows and threat models for enterprise and IT/OT environments
• Create cloud security architecture for site-to-cloud connectivity, establishing secure landing zones and identity management
• Analyze systems and networks and propose segmentation and secure access designs for implementation
• Enhance governance and compliance by aligning solutions to frameworks like NIST 800, ISO 27001 and NIS2
• Mentor and coach junior staff, conduct performance reviews and support professional development
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations
• Contribute to recruiting, retaining, and training cybersecurity professionals to maintain a high-performing team

Key requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity with a strong track record in security architecture delivery including IT/OT convergence
• Advanced Visio skills and fluency with TOGAF or equivalent architecture methods
• Working knowledge of NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, EU NIS2, cloud and network fundamentals
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client delivery
